Joining instructions
To start with you will need to send us a photo and details via the join now section of our website.
If we like your look we will contact you and invite you in for a meeting at our studios, this is not necessary for very young children or new members with previous work experience.
If we feel that we can offer your child/children representation we will offer you a place on our agency and forward you a contract.
At this time we would advise you to complete your profile and login your details on the model section of our home page which in turn will produce your CV.
Once we have received your signed contract and payment we will forward you your photo voucher (if applicable)
On receipt of your photos we will complete your CV by uploading your photos.
Membership will begin on the first day of the following month.
All memberships last for one year.
All ages and concessions are taken from your membership date.
From Birth -1 year Free, although must supply professional photo.
Age 1 – 3 £35.00 for one year’s membership including headshot photograph voucher.
Age 4 – 15 £95.00 for one year’s membership including headshot photograph voucher.
Age 16+ Free membership, models must supply 4 photos including headshot.
Concessions for members aged 4 – 15 only (One concession applies per member)
If you are a member of Spotlight when your membership date starts £75.00 per year
If you have a sibling Between 4 - 15 who is also a member of Smartypants Agency. £75.00 per year
If you are wearing fixed braces on your membership renewal date £75.00 per year
Above prices for concessions include headshot photo voucher
· All members have the choice to add three additional photos to their CV.
· Siblings and parents can be included in these photos if required.
· If a sibling who is not a member but included on a members CV gains work, it will be compulsory for them to join the agency as a named model if they wish to continue with representation.
Contractual Information
We have an open ended contract that ties you to Smartypants Agency for a minimum of one year after which time one months notice must be given in writing.
If we do not receive written notice, it must be understood that even if you do not continue to pay a membership fee to Smartypants Agency, you will remain under contract with us for any future employment until your contract has been terminated.
