Procedures

To join Smartypants you will need to send your details and a photo via the join now section of our website.

If we can offer you representation we will contact and invite you to our studios for a meeting, this is not always a necessity for young children and babies.

Our next open day will be held at the studios on the 25 September 2011.

Adults           4.00-5.00

 Applicants who are fortunate enough to gain representation will be offered a Smartypants contract.

At this time we would advise you to read through your contract carefully before signing and returning it to the Smartypants Office:

Once we have received your contract we will approve your online application. You will then be asked to go to the representation area of our website, under the section named "Artiste Login" to complete your profile using the username and password you created on application.

Smartypants works with several low cost photographers who would be happy to forward us photos for a cost of £10.00 per set of pictures.
Please feel free to request a list of preffered photographers.

On receipt of your photos we will complete your CV by uploading your photos and set your profile live.

Represented members will be notified of each castings they are submitted for via email.

Publication Fees.

Membership date starts from the day we receive your contract.

All memberships last for one year.

All ages and concessions are taken from your membership date.

Publication fees are due 30 days after your contract has been received.
